END OF WEEK 11 (25 days til closing): We are 2 more Sunday updates and a final walkthrough away. ? Not gonna lie, this stage of the game seems like time is slowing down and anxiety is rising, but we’ll be ok. *breathe* Still quite a bit to do before closing, but we went to the house today and saw the following updates:
- the light post
- the tubes for the irrigation system
- the painted front door (which is the wrong color, but will be fixed to the Bravado Red)
- gutters!
- LVP FLOORING!!
- the RIGHT cabinets!!!
- stained stair railings
- toilets!
- bathroom sinks!
- shower heads
- added LED lights to the family room and owner bedroom
This is the stage where I (Jason) let the family build their excitement as I detach myself from the excitement a bit to make sure that all i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. We’ve already scheduled the power, gas, water, and internet/cable companies. Since 6/20, all 6 of us has been at my in-laws (who, fortunately, I love dearly, lol) crammed in one bedroom (it’s spacious, but still ?). It was well worth it tho. TWENTY FIVE MORE DAYS! ???
